Guideline for Filling the Pre-PG 2012 Option Form

• Degree Certificate (PDC) must be submitted with option form.
• DD of Rs. 5000/- should be payable to the Coordinator, JET/Pre-PG, MPUAT, Udaipur.
• The complete option form along with PDC having minimum eligibility percentage, DD of Rs. 5000/- and other deficit documents must positively reach to the Coordinator, JET/Pre-PG, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, Udaipur 313001 on or before 30-06-2012.
• For Postal Delay this office is not responsible.Any Option Form Received after last date will not accept in any case.
