Application Form for IIIrd Grade Teacher who have qualified 3rd Grader recruitment Level I  Written Exam.

The third category of teacher recruitment for first level (Classes 1 to 5) July 31 to the selected candidates will be joining in the respective primary schools. The relevant District Councils on July 3 and 4 in their academic and examine documents relating to eligibility for examination will be present.

When Zila Parishad selection process complete then Zila Parishad provide Appointment letter before 19 July, 2012. After this process Candidates belonging to the July 31 primary schools will be joining.

The selected candidate must fill the application form available on the website of the Department of Panchayati Raj. Tate passed the certificate with the application, certified copies of academic certificates and Prshaikshnik qualifications, must attach a copy of the online application form.
